If you are looking for a refreshing time this weekend, you can participate in the Poplar Plunge! This is a new event up on the Gunflint Trail on Saturday March 30th. You can go to Poplar Haus and White Pine Lodge to participate in an icy dip into Poplar Lake and then a sauna. If you brave the icy waters at both locations you will earn a free drink and a prize. The Gunflint Trail Volunteer Fire Department will be supervising and you can donate to them to support the amazing support they provide on the Gunflint Trail.
