This Saturday December 21st is the annual Winter Solstice Shadow Puppet Show, put on by the Good Harbor Hill Players, at the North House Folk School. The Winter Solstice celebration honors the darkest day of the year and heralds the return of the light. This year’s show is Whoo Shall I Say is Calling? and features a northern animal who thrives in the dark winter nights: the owl. The performance is outside and begins at 6pm. After the performance, there is an indoor potluck, you can bring food to share and utensils.
