Sue Nichols

Working at Seagull Lake during summers as a college student, I fell in love with the Cook County area and promised to make my home here one day. Since then, I’ve spent as much time as possible exploring the area and getting to know people. Throughout this time, I came to see Cook County as a second home. I am now grateful to live and work permanently here. Licensed as a Realtor since 2004, I enjoy all aspects of real estate; from guiding new buyers in their first home purchase to assisting long time homeowners as they pass their home on to it’s next owners.  I have served as a volunteer with the St. Paul Area Association of Realtors and have acted as a mentor for newly licensed Realtors.
