Jake Patten

I'm a personable and lighthearted local resident who enjoys the beauty of the northwoods and the warm relationships that mark Cook County as home for myself and so many others. I have spent much of my life on the Gunflint Trail where my family operated a campground, retreat center and sleighride business. I worked for 15 years in the construction trades, and I also enjoy thinking creatively about potential land and building use. While I have just recently begun this venture in real estate marketing, I am excited to meet you and learn how to satisfy your real estate needs.
